Torcaso and Trotwood Park splash playgrounds will reopen for spring hours beginning today (April 1, 2023).
Splash playgrounds are open daily 10 AM - 4 PM (weather permitting).
Water shoes are encouraged. Please supervise children when using the splash playgrounds.
