The male victim, 65, was asleep inside his vehicle when he heard a gunshot, which broke his window. The suspect pointed a black firearm at the victim and stole his property. The suspect then fled in an SUV. The victim was not injured. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0404) 1500 Block of Laguna Circle, Seaport District
The two female victims, 46 and 39, and one male victim, 42, were inside the residence when a disturbance occurred involving the suspect. While the suspect was outside, he threw rocks at the victims through the windows. Officers arrived on the scene, and the suspect threw large rocks at the arriving sergeant’s vehicle, causing damage. ARRESTED: Jason Lopez-Kidd, 23, for assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism.
