...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Missouri, including the following 
  counties, Iron, Madison, Reynolds, Saint Francois and Sainte 
  Genevieve.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1007 AM CDT, MODOT reported closed roads in the warned
    area due to earlier heavy rain and thunderstorms. Flooding is
    already occurring. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible
    this afternoon and evening in the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Farmington, Fredericktown, Ironton, Park Hills, Reynolds,
    Ellington, Pilot Knob, Iron Mountain Lake, Viburnum, Arcadia,
    St. Mary, Annapolis, Junction City, Cobalt, Marquand, Glover,
    Roselle, Iron Mountain, Belleview and Saco.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
