* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 28.3 feet Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
