* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, and southwest Missouri, including the following counties, in central Missouri, Camden, Maries, Miller and Pulaski. In east central Missouri, Phelps. In south central Missouri, Dent. In southwest Missouri, Dallas, Laclede and Webster.
* WHEN...Until 330 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1135 AM CDT, The Department of Transportation reported several flooded low water crossings due to previous heavy rainfall in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen, with an additional 0.5 to 1.5 inches expected from additional moderate rainfall rates through this afternoon. - This includes the following low water crossings... Wet Glaize at Carrol Cave Road, Dry Auglaize Creek at Freedom Ridge Road, Norman Creek at County Road 4220, Smoky Hollow at Highway J, Osage Fork at Auburn Road, Maries River at County Road 211 and Mountain Creek at Kinfolk Road. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
