* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.
* WHEN...From this evening to late Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low-lying areas north of Circleville near Little Walnut begin to flood. Flooding also worsens at the intersection of Canal Road and State Route 104 and on Island Road north of Circleville. Minor backwater flooding occurs along Big Darby Creek near Circleville.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 PM EDT Friday the stage was 9.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 18.1 feet early Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Monday afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
