* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, and southwest Missouri, including the following counties, in central Missouri, Camden, Maries, Miller and Pulaski. In east central Missouri, Phelps. In south central Missouri, Texas. In southwest Missouri, Barry, Christian, Greene, Laclede, McDonald, Stone and Webster.
* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 254 PM CDT, The Department of Transportation reported numerous flooded roadways across the warned area due to previous heavy rainfall. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen, with the highest amounts across portions of McDonald, Barry, Stone, Christian, and southern Webster Counties. - Additional rainfall amounts of around or less than 0.5 inches are possible through the remainder of the afternoon into early evening as additional showers and occasional thunderstorms track northeast across the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
