In east central Missouri, Phelps. In south central Missouri, Texas. In southwest Missouri, Barry, Christian, Greene, Laclede, McDonald, Stone and Webster.
* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 736 PM CDT, The Department of Transportation reported numerous flooded roadways across the warned area due to previous heavy rainfall. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
