* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Missouri, including the following counties, Iron, Madison and Reynolds.

* WHEN...Until 615 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1016 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing flooding across the warned area near Fredericktown, Potosi, Lesterville, and Bonne Terre. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fredericktown, Ironton, Reynolds, Ellington, Pilot Knob, Viburnum, Arcadia, Annapolis, Junction City, Cobalt, Marquand, Glover, Belleview, Roselle, Saco, Oates, Bixby, Garwood, Buckhorn and Centerville.

* AFFECTED AREAS: IRON, MO ... MADISON, MO ... REYNOLDS, MO

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
