Full Notification

During the evening hours of March 24th, a suspect was observed stealing several hundred dollars worth of cosmetics from CVS in the 3900 block of Cochran St and left in a vehicle.  A description of the vehicle was provided and an officer located it a short distance away.  The vehicle was stopped, but the suspect did not want to cooperate and he was taken into custody after a minor use of force.

The cosmetics from CVS, as well as approximately $1300 total of other suspected stolen merchandise, were located in the vehicle.  The suspect, identified as Wibisono (no other given name) a 47 year-old San Gabriel resident, was arrested and booked at the Ventura County Pre-Trial Detention Facility for resisting arrest and grand theft.
