MISSING PERSON - Public Assistance Needed 3/24/23 at 10 p.m.
Mr. Shutong Gao is 71-years old and has been missing since approximately 2 p.m. He was last seen in the area of Kingsbury and 3rd Street wearing the jacket in the attached picture and dark pants.
If you know of Mr. Gao’s whereabouts, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
