Advisory
On 03/24/22, at 2:11 AM, Janesville Officers were sent to a disturbance at Kwik Trip, 3123 S. Hwy 51. A male and female were involved in a disturbance, but left in a vehicle prior to officers arriving.
Officers located the vehicle, and stopped it in the 2400 block of Center Ave.
The driver of the vehicle, Theodore Tamminga, failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for OWI. A Department of Motor Vehicle Check showed he has 5 prior OWI convictions.
He refused to submit to a blood draw, and a search warrant was drafted and signed by a judge. The results are pending.
Tamminga was transported to the Rock County Jail where he is being held
