* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.
* WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low-lying areas north of Circleville near Little Walnut begin to flood. Flooding also worsens at the intersection of Canal Road and State Route 104 and on Island Road north of Circleville. Minor backwater flooding occurs along Big Darby Creek near Circleville.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 17.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
