On Sunday March 26, 2023, at approximately 4:45am, Officers were called to an area hospital on 3 gunshot victims who had been dropped off by private vehicle. Javaurian Penns, male, age 21, was pronounced deceased at the hospital. 2 female victims, ages 17 and 18, had non life threatening injuries and are expected to survive.
