The victim in this shooting has died and is identified as Juan Angel Simental Jr, male, birthday 06/26/2005. The two suspects have now been charged with Murder and are still in jail.

On Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 6:13pm, officers were sent to the 4000 block of Neuches on a shooting. When officers arrived, they found a 17-year-old male victim had been robbed and shot. He was transported to an area hospital with life threatening injuries. The suspects were identified and arrested. One suspect is a 14 year old male and he was taken to the Youth Center of the High Plains. The second suspect is Lamar Tirson, male, age 17, birthday 09/08/2005 and he was booked into the Potter County Detention Center. Both were charged with Aggravated Robbery. This case is still under investigation.
The victim from this robbery has died and the suspects charged with Murder.
