* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coleman and Runnels.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 557 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms...from 8 miles southeast of Ballinger to Santa Anna This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Santa Anna and Fisk. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... FM 1176 crossing Sweetie Creek, CR 270 crossing Home Creek, CR 116 crossing Pony Creek, County Road 300 crossing Home Creek and crossings along County Road 128. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
