Special Ed 101 for Parents 
The Carlstadt Library will host Special Ed 101 on Thursday, April 6 at 7:00pm on Zoom. Attorney Andrew Meltzer, Esq. will discuss the structure of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), who is eligible, and how to secure an appropriate educational program for your newly diagnosed or changing child.
