* WIND...West to southwest winds of 30-35 mph with gusts of 40-55 mph.
* HUMIDITY...20-35 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BOURBON ... CRAWFORD ... CHEROKEE ... VERNON ... ST. CLAIR ... BARTON ... CEDAR ... JASPER
