INCIDENT: Sex Offender Registration Compliance Check
LOCATION: Unincorporated County Area of San Bernardino
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Central Station conducted sex registrant compliance checks in the unincorporated county area of San Bernardino, Loma Linda and Grand Terrace.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department regularly conducts registered sex offender compliance checks. The purpose of the operations is to ensure subjects who are mandated by law to register as sex offenders follow the terms of their conviction. If subjects are found out-of-compliance with the terms of their registration, they are subject to arrest.
