The El Segundo Police Department advises you to AVOID the intersection of Rosecrans Avenue and Pacific Coast Highway due to traffic congestion. The traffic signal lights are not functioning properly and are set to four-way flash. This has caused significant traffic backups. Caltrans has been notified of the issue and is working toward resetting the traffic signal lights to automatic phasing. Caltrans did not provide an estimated time to resolve this issue.
