The Rutherfordton Police Department is looking for a runaway: Jay Cicero Branch. Jay was last seen at 116 Jordan Ln. Rutherfordton, NC on March 27, 2023 at around 7:50 pm. He is a white male, 15 years old and has brown curly hair and was wearing a black jacket with jeans. It is believed he left on foot with an unknown direction of travel. He may possibly be in the Forest City, NC area.
