The lower roads are now open to 2-wheel-drive vehicles. 

However, please note that the upper roads are still closed to 2-wheel drive due to safety concerns. We are working hard to make these roads safe and will send out another Nixle alert as soon as they are ready for travel.

In the meantime, please be cautious while driving on the lower roads. They are still wet and may be slick in some places. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Stay safe out there!
