The Spring Election will be held on Tuesday, April 4. Polls are open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. There are races for Supreme Court, School Board, local Board of Trustees and a number of referenda on the ballot. A sample ballot is online at www.shorewood-hills.org/elections.
 
In-Person absentee voting is available at the Village Hall for the next two days. Hours have been extended for voting:
Friday, March 31 - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday, April 1 - 9:00 am to Noon
You must be registered to vote in Shorewood Hills and provide proper photo ID.

Please Note: The Garden Club WILL NOT have a bake sale at this Election Day.
 
University Avenue Construction starts up again next week.
 
Work the Week of April 3, 2023
- The contractor will begin staging traffic control drums, signs, and barricades in the medians and terraces along University Ave. in preparation for a construction start date of April 10, 2023.
- Electronic message signs will be placed on University Ave. and University Bay Dr. notifying motorists of the construction start date and any upcoming traffic pattern changes.
 
Work the Week of April 10, 2023
- The contractor will begin work on University Ave. and University Bay Dr. by removing the temporary medians that were installed for the over winter condition.
- The contractor anticipates that traffic on University Ave. will be switched to a configuration that moves traffic to the outside lanes in both directions on April 10, 2023. This configuration will maintain two through lanes in the eastbound and westbound direction.
