* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected.
* WHERE...Crockett, Schleicher and Coleman Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 5 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...West winds may cause dangerous driving conditions for high profile vehicles, due to cross winds on roadways that run mainly north and south. This will include Highways 84 and Highway 277.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CROCKETT ... SCHLEICHER ... COLEMAN
