* At 530 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Chapin, or 7 miles northeast of Winchester, moving northeast at 70 mph. HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Emergency management. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near... Jacksonville around 535 PM CDT. Literberry around 540 PM CDT. Alexander around 545 PM CDT. Ashland around 550 PM CDT.
