* Until 700 PM CDT.

* At 606 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hinckley, or 10 miles north of Plano, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Aurora, Naperville, Elgin, Schaumburg, Wheaton, Hoffman Estates, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, Bartlett, Streamwood, Carol Stream, Hanover Park, Addison, Glendale Heights, Elk Grove Village, St. Charles, Glen Ellyn, West Chicago and Batavia.
