Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé seeks the public’s help in locating Michael Charles, 46, of Newark, who was reported missing on Monday, March 27, 2023 

Mr. Charles, also known as DJ Mike, was last seen at the 600 block of Elizabeth Avenue on March 10, 2023. He is described as 6 ft. tall and 200 pounds with a dark brown complexion, black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a hooded sweatshirt. Mr. Charles is diagnosed with Diabetes and may have traveled to Staten Island.

Director Fragé urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Michael Charles to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
