Tornado Warning until 08:15PM Friday

The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a

* Tornado Warning for... Scott County in southeastern Missouri... Northeastern New Madrid County in southeastern Missouri... Eastern Stoddard County in southeastern Missouri...

* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 748 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 7 miles southeast of Bell City, or 9 miles northwest of Sikeston, moving northeast at 55 mph. There were reports of a funnel cloud as it moved through Bloomfield recently. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near... Oran, Morley and Hay-Wood City around 800 PM CDT. Benton around 805 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Lambert, Vanduser, Diehlstadt, Baker, Blodgett, Commerce and Penermon. This includes the following highways... Interstate 57 in Missouri near Mile Marker 1. Interstate 55 between Mile Markers 58 and 91.
