Chocolate Festival Parade is today at 11am. Parade route begins at City parking lot, onto South Church St (Route 21) to Gino’s, turn onto Charleston Drive to Walters Street and end at Ripley Elementary School. The Chocolate Festival is at Ripley Elementary from 10am-2pm today.
