* 20 FOOT WINDS...West-southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph Sunday afternoon. West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph Monday.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values 8 to 12 percent Sunday, then 5 to 12 percent Monday and Tuesday. Several hours of single digit relative humidity values are likely each day with very little humidity recover Monday night.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
