OWI-5th Offense
On 04/02/23, at 3:04 AM, a Janesville officer stopped a vehicle on S. Willard at Schaller because the registered owner had a revoked driver’s license.
The operator of the vehicle, Yam Lim, was id’d by WI ID Card. He showed signs of impairment, failed standardized field sobriety tests, and was arrested.
A DOT check showed Lim had 4 prior OWI convictions.
He consented to a blood draw, and the results are pending. He was held at the Rock County Jail until he goes to court.
