* WHERE...Franklin, Dauphin, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Near-ground freezing temperatures could kill uncovered sensitive outdoor vegetation.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The frost will occur mainly in valley locations with a light southeast breeze possibly preventing frost formation on the ridges. .
