Fire Weather Watch until 10:00PM Tuesday

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING FOR VERY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AND STRONG SOUTHWEST WINDS FOR THE WESTERN AND NORTHERN BIG COUNTRY... The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a Fire Weather Watch for critical fire weather conditions, which is in effect from Monday afternoon through Monday evening. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued from Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 20 mph, with higher gusts, on Monday afternoon. Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph, with higher gusts, on Tuesday.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...5 to 15 percent.

* FUELS...Dry to critically dry.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Any outdoor activity that could produce flames or sparks is discouraged.

* AFFECTED AREAS: FISHER ... NOLAN ... HASKELL ... THROCKMORTON ... JONES
