Wind Advisory until 06:00PM Monday

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. For the High Wind Warning, southwest winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 75 mph expected. Gusts up to 80 mph likely in the south central mountains east through Lincoln County and into Chaves County.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, southeast, and west central New Mexico.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 9 AM to 6 PM MDT Monday. For the High Wind Warning, from 6 PM Monday to 9 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust will restrict visibility.
