**UPDATE 3:07PM - ALL LANES ON BELLAM BLVD ARE NOW  REOPENED.   San Rafael Police Department advises you to Bellam Bl between Anderson Drive and Francisco Bl East due to a current traffic investigation. A vehicle crash near Marin Square Shopping Center has closed 1 lane in each direction on Bellam Blvd and will require a detour of traffic for approximately the next hour.  We will update you when the road is reopened.  Seek alternate routes.
