It's Spring, time to CLEANUP our medicine cabinets of unneeded Rx meds and drop them off between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Saturday, April 22, 2023 for proper disposal.
Unused or expired prescription medications are a public safety issue. Proper disposal of unneeded drugs saves lives and protects the environment and our overall community.
A receptacle will be placed at each Newark Police Precinct for your convenience.
• 1st Precinct Substation, 10 17th Avenue.
• 2nd Precinct, 1 Lincoln Avenue.
• 3rd Precinct, 649 Market Street.
• 4th Precinct, 247 16th Avenue.
• 5th Precinct, 480 Clinton Avenue.
• 6th Precinct, 491 Irvington Avenue.
• 7th Precinct, 159 N. 10th Street.
