Comcast reports outage for its phone service subscribers; 9-1-1 calls may be impacted 
Comcast has advised the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office of a potential outage affecting its Comcast phone service subscribers.
Comcast phone service subscribers may have an issue calling 9-1-1. Should you be a Comcast phone service subscriber, and affected, please contact our non-emergency dispatch line at 843-524-2777. This line will allow you to reach the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center.
