Northwestern Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania... Southwestern Lawrence County in western Pennsylvania... Brooke County in northern West Virginia... Hancock County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 800 PM EDT.

* At 653 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles east of Dennison, or 10 miles east of Uhrichsville, moving northeast at 65 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages.

* Locations impacted include... Weirton, Steubenville, New Philadelphia, Salem, East Liverpool, Columbiana, Uhrichsville, East Palestine, Wellsville, Cadiz, Carrollton, and Freeport. This includes Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 91 and 93.
