Red Flag Warning until 09:00PM Friday 
The National Weather Service in Dodge City has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 1 PM to 9 PM CDT Friday.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 030, 031, 043, 044, 045, 063, 064, 076, 077, 078, 086, and 087.
* WIND...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph.
* HUMIDITY...As low as 11 percent.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: TREGO ... ELLIS ... SCOTT ... LANE ... NESS ... FINNEY ... HODGEMAN ... HASKELL ... GRAY ... FORD ... SEWARD ... MEADE
