JPD Thanks Officer Jeffrey Justman for 29 Years of Service 
We’d like to give a big congratulations to Officer Jeffrey Justman for 29 years of service!
On Tuesday, April 4, 2023, Officer Jeffrey Justman retired from the Janesville Police Department (JPD) after 29 incredible years of service to the City of Janesville.
Officer Justman joined the JPD as a Patrol Officer on January 24, 1994. Over the course of his career with the department, Officer Justman had a variety of assignments, including first and third shift Patrol Officer, Bicycle Officer, and Field Training Officer. He was also a member of the General Order Committee. Officer Justman received the Meritorious Service Citation in 1998.
The Police Department would like to thank Officer Jeffrey Justman for 29 years of dedicated service to his community, the Janesville Police Department, and the City of Janesville!
