Original Message: On Saturday April 8, 2023, at about 8:15 AM, Raul Patino was reported missing by his family members. It is believed he walked away from his home on Esmond Circle in Windsor between 10:00 PM Friday night through the time he was reported missing.
Raul is described as a 74-year-old Hispanic male. He is 5’3” tall and weighs 130lbs. He is possibly wearing blue jeans, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and a white cowboy hat.
Raul is at risk due to age and suffers from diabetes and dementia.
