* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1000 AM CDT Monday, the stage was 11.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 15.3 feet early Friday afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.4 feet on 04/14/1965.
