A planned outage to upgrade facilities is slated for Tuesday, April 11, 2023. The outage will occur from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Approximately 1700 customers will be affected in the vicinity of Buckeye, Dunmore, Hillsboro, Huntersville, Marlinton, and Minnehaha Springs, WV. NOTE: Downtown Marlinton including Pocahontas County Courthouse & 911 Center will be impacted. Affected customers will receive the following automated call to the phone number associated with their account of record:

The outage will affect customers in the vicinity of Buckeye, Dunmore, Hillsboro, Huntersville, Marlinton, and Minnehaha Springs, WV. If you are receiving this message, you will experience a service interruption from approximately 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, please call: 800-686-0022.
