The Arcadia Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing person: Jesse Jordan, 77 yrs. old, male, Black, 5'6", 135 lbs. Last seen in the 600 block of West Duarte Rd, at 1204pm. Jesse was wearing a dark blue/white flannel shirt over a white shirt, with gray pants.. Jesse does not have a cellular phone, cash or credit cards. Jesse takes medication for depression and hypertension.
