Update: Bank Larceny Suspect has been located and arrested. 
Richard Melvin Goodman has been located in Gwinnett County Georgia and has been arrested on charges secured by Forest City Police Department. FCPD would like to extend a huge thank you to all of the agencies involved in this case for the tremendous amount of help in identifying and locating this suspect.
