* IMPACTS...At 10.5 feet, Minor flooding occurs of low areas adjacent to the river near Cloquet city park and near Scanlon. At 13.0 feet, Water encroaches buildings near River Gate Rd.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 12.5 feet Saturday evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 10.5 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.5 feet on 07/10/1999. - Flood safety information can be found at www.weather.gov/safety/flood.
