4/10 - 11:23 p.m. - Police responded to an address on Lake Audrey Lane to investigate a domestic violence incident. During the investigation, a male subject was taken into custody. After completing the investigation, the case was referred to the St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office for consideration of charges. The state's attorney's office charged the defendant, James M. McCormack age 38 of Millstadt, with two counts of Domestic Battery (Physical Contact); a Class A Misdemeanor, Categroy A Offense. His bond was set at $5,000.
