Sheriff's Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a male Hispanic adult. The incident occurred on Friday, April 14. 2023 at approximately 7:58 PM. 

Lancaster Sheriff's Station deputies responded to the 700 block of W. Kettering St, Lancaster, regarding a service call of gunshots heard in the area. A second call for service indicated there was a gunshot victim at the location.  Upon arriving, deputies discovered the victim near a parking lot, unresponsive and suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
