* At 449 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Princeton Meadows, or 12 miles southwest of New Brunswick, moving north at 10 mph. HAZARD...Quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible.
* Locations impacted include... New Brunswick, Somerset, East Brunswick, South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Princeton, Jamesburg, Hightstown, Cranbury, Rocky Hill, Princeton Meadows, Windsor, Kingston, Dayton, Plainsboro Center, Belle Mead, North Brunswick Township, Clearbrook Park, Edinburg and Twin Rivers. This includes New Jersey Turnpike between exits 8A and 10.

Instructions:
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. In addition to large hail and damaging winds, frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
