* AREA AND TIMING...All of northern and central New mexico below significant snowpack from Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...Westerly 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...9 to 14 percent, except higher in the mountains.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST PLATEAU ... NORTHEAST PLAINS ... WEST CENTRAL MOUNTAINS ... MIDDLE RIO GRANDE VALLEY ... WEST CENTRAL BASIN AND RANGE ... NORTH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS ...
